We're looking for a Product Owner to own delivery across our engineering and design engagements — turning client goals into a roadmap the team can build against.
You'll sit between clients, designers, and engineers, and you'll be the person who keeps everyone pointed at the same outcome.
You'll own the product side of our client work — from shaping the roadmap to making sure the right thing ships. That includes:
- Translating client goals into a clear roadmap
- Owning the backlog and sprint priorities
- Coordinating engineering and design delivery
- Keeping scope, timeline, and quality in balance
- Communicating progress and trade-offs to clients
- Turning feedback into the next set of decisions
We're looking for someone who has shipped real products and can hold a room together. You likely bring:
- Several years owning product delivery or roadmaps
- Experience across engineering and design teams
- A structured, outcome-driven way of working
- Confidence facilitating and making decisions
- Fluent Ukrainian and confident English
We keep the team small, senior, and honest. For you that means:
- A senior team that owns its work end to end
- Real influence over what gets built and how
- A Kyiv-based team with flexible working
- Direct access to leadership and clients
